摘  要:目的:建立安神补心丸(丹参、五味子、石昌蒲等)中五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲和五味子甲素含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:样品用超声提取,过滤,取续滤液,采用RP—HPLC法直接测定,用十八烷基键合相,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(65:35:0.1)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为220nm。结果:五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲,五味子甲素分别在0.0012~0.5000μg(r=1.0000)、0.0014~0.5760μg(r=0.9995)和0.0021~0.8230μg(r=0.9998)范围内,质量与峰面积具有良好线性关系。平均加样回收率分别为99.51%.99.40%和99.06%,平均RSD(n=5)分别为1.48%、1.27%和1.38%。方法用于安神补心丸中五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲和五味子甲素的含量测定,RSD(n=5)分别为1.19%~1.53%、1.09%~1.52%和1.36%-1.72%。结论:方法具有灵敏度高,准确,简便,稳定快速的特点,能用于安神补心丸中五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素的含量测定。AIM: To develop a HPLC method for determing the contents of schizandrol, schisantherin and deoxyschizandrin in Anshen Buxin Pills(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae miltiorrhizae, Fructus Schisandrae chinensis, Rizoma Acori tatarinowii, etc. ). METHODS: The samples were extracted with methanol through supersonic wave and then filtered. The determination was performed by HPLC on Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column using methanol-wateracetic acid glacial(65: 35:0.1 ) as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 220 nm. RESULTS: The linear ranges of schizandrol, schisantherin and deoxyschizandrin were 0. 001 2- 0. 050 0 μg( r = 1. 000 0 ) ,0. 001 4-0. 057 6μg( r = 0. 999 5 ) and 0. 002 1-0. 060 8 μg( r = 0. 999 8 ), respectively. The average recoveries of three components were 99. 51%, 99. 40% and 99. 06%, respectively. CONCLUSION:The method is accurate, quick, sensitive and can be used for measurement of schizandrol, schisantherin and deoxyschizandrin in Anshen Buxin Pills.
