摘　　要：本文旨在阐明,档案信息资源开发利用具有一种文化张力——生生不息的生命力。档案信息资源开发利用的蓬勃发展以及对档案信息资源开发成果公正而科学的评价是使其实现传播文化、传承文明的关键。This Paper aims to shed light on which,there is a kind of never-ending vitality, cultural tension,in development and utilization of archival information recourses. It is concluded that the flourishing development and utilization of archival information recourses, just and scientific evaluation of coutcome of development of archival information recourses, are actually critical to uhure spread and civiliation passed down.
