摘  要:该文从古典经济学的优胜劣汰的竞争视角出发,分析市场的竞争结构,指出价格信息在消费者和生产者之间扩散速度的相对比较,是决定一个市场的竞争程度高低的最重要的因素。医疗服务价格的事前不可知性和事后不可比性,使得医疗服务市场成为竞争性最低的一类市场,在这样的市场中,一般意义上的市场竞争机制会失灵,即难以通过引入更多的医院和取消行业进入限制的办法来降低医疗服务的价格水平。该文同时指出,遏制过高的医疗服务价格水平的根本出路在于转变医疗服务市场的竞争结构,而转变医疗服务市场竞争结构的关键在于提高医疗服务价格信息的扩散速度。一个有效的办法就是由政府部门为公众提供医院的医疗服务价格信息,这样做将有可能让我们建立一个比现行的主流模式具有更高效率的医疗卫生体制。From the perspective of survival of the fittest, this paper analyzes the competition structure of medical service market in China, and points out that the current market lacks competition as a whole. In this kind of market, the market competition mechanism in general will malfunction, i.e., it is hard to decrease the price of medical service by bringing in more hospitals and cancellation of trade assess limit. It also points out that the fundamental way out in controlling the excessively high price of medical service lies in the transformation of competitive structure of medical service market whose key is to speed up the message-spreading of medical service price. An effective way is that the government should provide the medical service price of hospitals for the public, which might enable China to establish a more efficient medical care system than the current one.
