摘　　要：现代环境问题的突出使环境公益诉讼制度的确立成为热点问题,其制度设计更是问题焦点所在。从我国现存的问题出发,论述环境公益诉讼的原告起诉资格、受案范围、举证责任和诉讼费用等具体问题,提出完善我国环境公益诉讼的具体制度设计。Establishing Environmental Public Interest Litigation system has become a hot topic under the circumstance of ever protruding social environmental problems. And the operational design of it is more and more important. In order to solve the urgent environmental problems in China, this thesis discusses the plaintiff＇s standing, the scope of request, the burden of proof and the litigation fees of Environmental Public Interest Litigation system and put forward specific systematic design to perfect the Environmental Public Interest Litigation.
