异位妊娠428例声像图表现与临床对照分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断价值。【方法】对428例超声诊断为异位妊娠并经手术及病理证实的病例进行回顾性分析。【结果】428例患者中,401例临床证实为异位妊娠,8例为黄体破裂,8例为盆腔炎性包块,5例卵巢肿物或合并蒂扭转,3例为宫角妊娠,3例为宫内早孕合并难免流产,超声诊断符合率为93.6%。【结论】超声检查在异位妊娠的诊断中起着不可替代的作用。[Objective] To study the value of ultrasonography on the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. [Methods] Retrospectively analyze 428 cases which were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy by ultrasonography and confirmed by operation and pathological result afterwards. [Results] Among the 428 cases, 401 cases were confirmed as ectopic pregnancy by operation, 8 cases were rupture of ovarian corpus luteum cyst; 8 cases were pelvic inflammatory mass; 5 cases were ovarian tumors some combined with torsion; 3 cases were cornual pregnancy; 3 cases were inevitable abortion of early intrauterine pregnancy, ultrasonography＇ s coincidence rate was 93.6% o [Conclusions] Uhrasonography plays an irreplaceable role on diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
