加快济南非公有制经济发展的对策研究

摘　　要：非公有制经济在调整经济结构、活跃市场、扩大就业、促进经济社会发展等方面发挥着重要作用。当前不少企业经营中遇到了成本上升、人才短缺、融资困难、能源紧张状况加剧等困难。非公有制经济要实现更快发展,必须进一步提升非公有制经济的自身素质和完善与非公有制经济发展相关联的政策体制;加强政策扶持,提高服务效能,解决发展难题,努力为非公有制企业发展营造一个公平、公正、公开的良好环境。Non- public economy takes a very important role in optimizing the economic structure, activating the market, providing jobs and promoting the development of the economic society. But at present, a lot of enterprises have met the difficulties of the rising of production cost, the lack for the talents, the financing, and the aggravation of the short supply of resources, etc. To accelerate the development of the non - public economy, the non- public enterprises should improve themselves and also the government should improve the policies concerning the development of the non - public economy. Furthermore, the government should evolve new polices, provide good service and help the enterprises solve the difficulties in development in order to create an open, fair and just environment for the development of the non - public enterprises.
