灵菊七提取物降血糖作用的实验研究

摘　　要：考察不同剂量的灵菊七提取物对糖尿病小鼠血糖、口服糖耐量、血清胰岛素水平的影响。采用雄性昆明小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶制备糖尿病小鼠模型,分别以灵菊七提取物低、中、高剂量进行灌胃,连续21天,灌胃结束后观察血糖、口服糖耐量、血清胰岛素水平的变化。结果显示灵菊七提取物各剂量组均能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,改善口服糖耐量和提高血清胰岛素水平,并具有一定的量效、时效关系。To explore the effect of different dosages of Gynura Medica extraction.on blood glucose, oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT） and blood serum insulin of diabetic in mice Diabetic mice were induced by a single intraperitoneal injection of Alloxan（ALX） and were lavaged in different dosages of Gynura Medica extraction for 21 days. And then, inspected the effect on blood glucose, OGTT and blood serum insulin. The results indicateed that the different dosages of Gynura Medica extraction were effectable for reducing the blood glucose , improving OGTT and blood serum insulin of diabetic mice in all the groups, and it showed some quantity-effectiveness and time-effectiveness relationship.
