摘 要:Corex熔融还原炼铁是新兴的炼铁工艺,虽然它可以不用或少用焦炭冶炼铁水,但是需要用块煤来生产。为了替代一部分块煤以及充分利用产生的煤粉,提出了往熔融气化炉喷吹煤粉的方法。Corex喷煤可以借鉴高炉喷煤的经验,但是它们之间有一些区别。采用热态模拟的方法对煤粉在Corex熔融气化炉内的燃烧行为进行研究,得到煤的粒度、挥发分含量以及喷吹位置和CO浓度等因素对煤粉燃烧率和气化率的影响规律。实验将为Corex喷煤技术的开发提供必要的理论支持。The corex smelting reduction was a new kind of ironmaking process. The process need lump coal to maintain production, though coke is not necessary material for it. Powdered coal injection in corex smelting- gasifier was proposed in order to replace lump coal and make full use of powdered coal. The experience of PCI in BF can be learned by the corex technology, however, there are some different aspects between the two processes. The research on combustion behavior of powdered coal injection in corex smelting - gasifier was carried out by the themo - simulator. The rules of combustion rate and gasification rate were obtained, including these factors, such as the granularity of coal) the content of volatile compound, the blowing position and CO concentration. The research can provide essential theory for the development of powdered coal injection in corex process.
