摘　　要：目的观察二苯乙烯低聚体Vam4抗炎作用。方法体内观察Vam4对小鼠关节与耳部肿胀模型和2,4-二硝基氟苯引起的迟发性变态反应(DTH)炎症模型的作用。体外炎性因子生成测定,NO用还原法、TNFα用结晶紫法、PGE2含量用放免法和5-LO活性用HPLC方法。结果Vam4体内抑制小鼠关节与耳部肿胀以及DTH反应。Vam4体外减少炎性因子NO、TNFα与PGE2生成和5-LO活性。结论Vam4体内外有抗炎作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the inhibitory effects of Vain4, a dimer of diphenel ethylene extracted from Vitis Amurensis Rupr on inflammation. METHODS Investigated the inhibitory effects of Vain4 on several preinflammatory models such as paw and ear edema, DTH reaction in vivo. Detected the production of pre-inflammatory cytokines and mediums such as NO, TNF-α, PGE2 and 5-LO activities by the methods of deoxidize, crystal violet, RIA and HPLC, respectively . CONCLUSION Vain4 showed inhibitory effects on inflammation both in vivo and in vitro.
