生长型设计中的层次式产品建模

摘  要:把生命系统的创造性和创新智能充分利用到产品设计中,提出了以生命为原型的生长型产品结构设计方法。在生长型设计中,随着设计过程的演绎,产品模型所包含的信息呈开放式膨胀。根据生长型设计过程的特点,在产品结构设计自动化技术基础上,研究了生长型设计中产品的结构组成及其装配模型的表达,提出了机械产品分层结构模型和建模方法。首先,将生长型设计过程中的信息传递单元分解为动态装配体、功能表面副、功能表面以及功能表面的名义特征四个层次,在此基础上从生长型设计的基本组成单元、产品装配关系模型、零件模型以及公差模型等角度分层次建立了产品模型,解决了生长型设计过程中产品信息的组织、表达及规划问题,为基于产品信息传递的产品概念结构生长、公差分配奠定了基础。最后,实例证明了该产品模型的有效性。By applying genetic engineering methodology into the incremental product growth design, a generic growth design approach is put forward to make full use of creative and innovative intelligence of living systems for product design automation, in which the incomplete design information in the initial stage will be explored, enriched and extended following the growth design process. To organize the information rationally, a stratified product structure as well as its information model is constructed through the analysis of the product composition and the assembly connections in product growth design. Firstly, the information transition units in product growth design are decomposed into the following four layers——dynamic assembly units, functional face matches, functional faces and nominal features of functional faces. Then, the basic constitute units, the product assembly model, the model of parts and the model of tolerance are considered in the construction of the stratified product model of product growth design, which can provide a efficient method to organize, descript and plan the product information rationally and guarantee a successful growth of product conceptual structure and tolerance based on product information. Finally, a example has been proved that the approach is promising.
