摘  要:介绍了滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩虚拟测试系统的设计方案。系统主要由测力传感器、滤波放大电路、编码器、单片机80C552及上位PC机组成,采用图形化编程语言LabVIEW作为人机界面和数据处理平台,将虚拟仪器技术运用到摩擦力矩测试中来,使得系统的测试功能更加强大,测试、分析过程更加方便、迅速。This article introduced the design proposal of virtual friction moment measurement system of ball screw unit. The system mainly includes a measuring-force sensor, magnifier and filter circuits, coder, a chip of 80C552 MCU and PC. The interface and the data processing of the software in the system were programmed using figure programming language LabVIEW. The system utilizes the virtual instrument technology to the friction moment measurement of ball screw unit. In this way, the function of measurement is more formidable; the process of measurement is more convenient. It is representing the development direction of friction moment measurement.
