摘  要:文章针对某仪表车床,提出了一种全新的设计方案,采用光栅作为位置测量元件,形成闭环反馈控制系统,不仅解决了由于机床自身结构而难以采用机械式方式形成闭环伺服系统的难题,也大大地提高了机床的加工精度和加工稳定性,满足了零件加工精度的要求,在机床改造中具有一定的推广意义和参考价值。The main body of this paper has brought forward one kind of brand-new design plan for some instrument lathe, it adopts a grating system as location measurement, the closed loop system has coupled back navar, and it has solved not only because of the machine tool oneself structure which mades it difficult to adopt the way of machinery to form closed cycle servosystem, but also greatly, has improved the accuracy of the part and has processed stability.it has satisfied the accuracy request of the part, also it has certain extension significance and consult value in having reformed the machine tool.
