摘 要:针对工艺决策过程中工艺方案的不确定性和模糊性等问题,应用层次分析法(AHP)简化工艺决策方案,构造了AHP层次结构图和符合各评判属性特点的隶属度函数,并结合模糊综合评价方法,建立了多工艺智能决策的综合评价模型。通过实例,对影响工艺方案的各种因素进行了综合评价,并评定出最优工艺方案,验证了该方法应用于工艺决策的可行性。Aiming at uncertainty and the vagueness of process plans in the process decision making, the paper applies Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to simplify process decision making plans, and constitutes the structural diagram of AHP and membership degree function that accords with features of evaluation attributes, and combines with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of the intelligent decision of multi-process plans. By means of the example. The different elements to different manufacturing process plans are comprehensive evaluated, and the most splendid process scheme is evaluated, meanwhile the feasibility of the proposed method applying in process decision making is verified.
