摘　　要：用ＰＣＲ方法扩增了国内分离的鸡贫血病毒（ＣＡＶ）ＳＪ１株的含ＶＰ２、ＶＰ３以及部分ＶＰ１的１５００ｂｐＤＮＡ片段。经限制性内切酶酶切分析，该片段与Ｃｕｘ－１株的酶谱相似。同时，以ｐＵＣ１１９质粒载体克隆了这一ＤＮＡ片段。The genomic DNA of chicken anemia virus (CAV) SJ1 strain, which was isolated from Shandong province in China, was amplified by PCR with the primers flanking a 1 500 bp DNA fragment containing the VP2, VP3 and part of VP1 genes corresponding to the nucleotide sequence of Cux 1. Endonuclease analysis of the PCR amplified DNA with the enzymes AccⅠ, BglⅡ, PvuⅡ, PstⅠ and SacⅠ showed that the restriction fragment of SJ1 strain was similar to that deduced from the nucleotide sequence from Cux 1 strain. In addition, the DNA fragment was cloned into the plasmid vector of pUC119.
