愈肝片对D-半乳糖胺所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的研究愈肝片对D-半乳糖胺(D-GlaN)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法通过皮下注射D-GlaN造模,观察愈肝片对小鼠急性肝损伤血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)和凝血酶的影响。结果与模型组比较,愈肝片高剂量组动物血清AST含量明显降低(P<0.05),愈肝片各给药组动物ALB含量明显升高(P<0.05或0.01);愈肝片各给药和阳性对照组动物凝血时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论愈肝片对D-GlaN所致急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the effect of Yugan Tablet on acute liver injuries induced by D-galactosamine（D-GalN）in mice. Methods To observe the effects of the indexes（AST, ALB and thrombin）through subcutaneous injection D- GAIN. Results Compared with the model group, the contents of AST in the mice＇serum of high dosage of Yugan Tablets groups were decreased,the contents of ALB in the mice＇serum of Yugan Tablet groups were risen and the time of coagulation of Yugan Tablet and positive drug groups were reduced. Conclusion Yugan Tablet has obvious protective effects on the acute liver injuries induccdly D- GAIN.
