莪术油葡萄糖注射液的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究莪术油葡萄糖注射液新的制备工艺。方法以莪术油收率为指标,通过正交试验筛选最佳工艺。结果最佳工艺为A3B3C3D2,即2-羟丙基-β-环糊精与莪术油的配比为10∶1,研磨时间90min,搅拌90min,搅拌温度50℃。结论用新工艺制备的莪术油葡萄糖注射液收率高、稳定性好,具有实际意义。Objective To study the new prepartion of zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection. Methods The best preparation technology was determined by orthogonal deign. The utilization ratio of using zedoary turmeric oil were used as the indicator to evaluate the preparation technology. Results The best result of preparation is A3B3C3D2, i. e. the ratio between 2- hydroxproryl- β- cyclodextrin and Zedoary Turmeric Oil was 10：1, grind time was 90 min, stirring time was 90 min, temperature was 50℃. Condusion The new prepration is stable with actual meaning.
