摘　　要：信息资源开发利用的水平是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志。作为重要信息资源的档案,在网络环境下其开发模式已发生了突破性变革。我国的档案数字化、网络化虽已起步,取得了一定成绩,但仍然存在诸多问题,需要有针对性地选择最佳开发途径并从环境、技术、法律、人才诸方面提供保障。The level of information resource development and employment is an important mark to measure a country＇s comprehensive national power. As an important information resource under the network environment, archives have undergone a breakthrough in the transformation of their development models. Although the digitizing and cyberizing of our national archives are in their initial stage, and some progress has been made, yet there are still a large number of problems to be solved by selecting the best development channels and providing protection from the aspects of environment, technology, laws and talents.
