摘  要:为了防止电网遭受进一步污染,在新建及扩建谐波源用户接入公用电网前,需对其进行电能质量影响的评估,以便在用电设计中同步进行治理设计。文章介绍了ETAP软件的特点和功能以及如何应用该软件对用户谐波影响进行评估。工程实践表明,该软件用于谐波潮流分析和频率扫描,可以从定量和定性两方面进行准确分析,计算结果与理论分析和实际测试基本吻合,是分析谐波的有力工具,对电网谐波防治工作有着十分积极的辅助和促进作用。In order to avoid more harmonic pollution to power network, new or extended harmonic customers need power quality influences assessment before they are connected to public power network, so that harmonic treatment design can be synchronous with power supply design. Characteristics and Functions of ETAP software and its application on assessing harmonic influences of customers are introduced. Practice show that users can get exact analysis both quantitatively and qualitatively by using ETAP's harmonic power flow analysis and frequency sweep, and the calculation results are basically consistent with theory analysis and practical tests. ETAP is a powerful harmonic analysis tool and can assist and promote positively the prevention and elimination of power network harmonics.
