摘　　要：通过分析体育法学教材发现,我国对体育法学理论体系的研究普遍重视不够。认为构建体育法学理论体系可以从多维视角进行考虑,特别要确定学科的逻辑起点,以体育行为作为逻辑起点可以合理地进行理论体系的逻辑推衍。科学的体育法学理论体系至少应包括基础理论研究、学术研究、应用研究、比较研究和发展研究。From the analysis of teaching material of science of sport law, this thesis thought that we did not pay enough attention to the theory system of science of sport law research, which called for a multi-dimensional angle study; especially important was the definition of the logic origination, and sport behavior was thought as the proper starting point from which we could infer the theory system of science of sport law. Scientific theory system of science of sport law should include basic theory research, academic research, applying research, comparative research and developing research.
