摘　　要：通过集中座谈、问卷调查等方式对我校近几年毕业生就业状况进行了客观的分析和研究,在此基础上提出建议与对策:以市场为导向,调整专业设置和课程体系设置;强化实践教学,培养科研能力;实施素质拓展,提高综合素质;加强就业指导,进一步帮助学生转变就业观念;不断开拓就业市场和建设就业基地;重视与用人单位和校友的沟通联系,加强毕业生就业工作的调研。Through concentrated group discussion, questionnaire survey and other ways to carry on objective analysis and research about the employment condition of graduates in our school in recent years, the paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures：Take the market as the guidance, adjust professional majors setting and course system setting; Enhance practical teaching, foster the ability of scientific research; Implement the quality expanding, improve comprehensive quality; Strengthen employment instruction, help students to change employment idea further; Expand employment market and construct employment base continuously; Contacting with the employer and alumnus seriously, strengthen the work investigation and study of graduates.
