摘　　要：采用层次分析法构造广东省城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,对1998～2005年以来21个地级市城市土地集约利用进行综合评价;运用Spearman秩相关系数和聚类分析法对评价结果进行时空分析,从区位、经济等方面探讨城市土地集约利用空间差异的原因,并提出相关建议。Through constructing an evaluation system of urban land intensive utilization of Guangdong based on methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process, this article conducts an overall appraisal on the intensity of urban land utilization of 21 cities in Guangdong province during the recent 8 years from 1998 to 2005. The paper gives a spatial-temporal analysis on the appraisal result by applying the methods of Spearman rank relational coefficient and cluster analysis. The article ends with an exploration into the cause that led to the difference and variance in urban land intensive utilization from the aspects of position, economy and so on, and puts forward some suggestions to raise the level of urban land intensive utilization.
