摘  要:目的探讨年龄相关性听力减退大鼠听觉系统抗氧化能力随月龄增长的变化。方法采用硫代巴比妥酸(Thibabituric Acid,TBA)法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定3月龄和18月龄大鼠听皮层、蜗核及耳蜗组织中的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果18月龄大鼠听皮层、蜗核及耳蜗组织中的SOD活性较3月龄大鼠显著降低,MDA含量显著升高,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论年龄相关性听力减退与听觉系统抗氧化能力下降密切相关。Objective To investigate the changes of antioxidation in the auditory system in Wistar rats with the age-related hearing impairment. Methods The Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) was measured with Xanthine Oxidase (XO) method and Dialdehyde (MDA)was examined with Thibabituric Acid (TBA) method in auditory cortex, the cochlear nuclei and the cochlea of the three-month-old rats (ABR 14.5±2.84 dB SPL) and the eighteen-month-old rats(ABR 33.5±4.12 dB SPL). Results Compared with three-month-old rats, the SOD activities were decreased and the MDA levels increased significantly in the auditory cortex, the cochlear nuclei and the cochlea of the eighteen-month-old rats. Conclusion The age-related hearhlg impairment is close related to antioxidative effect decline in auditory system.
