摘　　要：目的建立叶下珠胶囊的HPLC指纹图谱质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,选用HypersilODSⅡ色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),分析时间65 min,流速0.8 ml/min,检测波长为280nm。结果建立了叶下珠胶囊的HPLC对照指纹图谱,标示了17个共有峰,并初步确定叶下珠胶囊的相似度阈值为0.91。结论本方法可靠、简单,能用于叶下珠胶囊的质量控制。Objective To develop a fingerprint with HPLC method for determination of the Yexiazhu capsules. Method The RP-HPLC method was used with that Hypersil ODS Ⅱcolumn was 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 um, mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （gradient elution）; analytic time was 65 min, the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min, and detective wavelength was at 280 nm. Results A standard HPLC fingerprint procedure of Yexiazhu capsules was developed with 17 common peaks and a similarity threshold of 0.91 established. Condusion The method is reliable and simple which can be used for quality control of the capsule.
