夹脊平衡电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察夹脊平衡电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将68例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组32例进行比较,采用杨氏评分法评定疗效。结果治疗组优良率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论夹脊平衡电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Jiaji-balance electroacupuncture on patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods Sixty-eight patients with LDH were randomly divided into treatment group（n=36） and control group（n=32） to be assessed their therapeutic effects with Yang＇s quantitative evaluation scale. Results The quantitative evaluation scale was obviously better in the treatment group than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu. sion Jiaji-balance electroacupuncture is very effective therapy for the patients with LDH.
