摘 要:随着社会环保意识的不断增强,在生产者责任制约束下,废旧产品的回收处理逐渐兴起,回收效益的度量问题日益受到关注。本文在详细分析回收处理流程的基础上,借助系统动力学原理,设计回收处理效益的度量模型。并以废旧汽车发动机为例加以应用,模拟了未来废旧发动机回收效益的变化趋势;通过对主要参数的调整,分析回收收益的变化情况,从而实现对关键环节的合理计划、有效控制,协助企业提高回收处理效率。As people's awareness towards environmental protection increases,under the constraints of producer responsibility system, there appears the recycling of waste products, and the issue of the measurement of recycling efficiency has been concerned by more and more people these days. This paper, on the basis of detailed analysis of the process of recycling and retrieve, relying on the theory of system dynamics, will try to devise the measurement model of recycling efficiency. This model will also be used in the case of discarded car engine, and simulate the trend of the recycling efficiency of discarded car engine in the future. Through the adjustment of main parameters, the writer analyzes the changes in the recycling efficiency, thus achieving a reasonable and effective control of key processes, and assisting enterprises to improve the efficiency of recycling.
