摘　　要：为了满足对电厂运行检修人员管理考核的需要,开发了电厂绩效管理系统。通过实时采集SIS和MIS中的运行数据和设备数据,对各项机组运行指标和设备维护指标进行计算和统计,在线生成考核报表,并通过WEB发布,实现了对运行检修人员的公平考核,从而提高了电力企业的管理水平。In order to meet the need of examining and management for operator and repairer of power plant, a performance and management system of power plant was developed. Collecting real-time data and equipment data form SIS and MIS, the system make computing and statistics for every real-time index for every unit, make performance report online and publish it on the web. This system achieved the goal of performance justice. At last, this system improves the management of the electric companies.
