摘 要:盘式永磁同步发电机的磁通为轴向,其磁路与传统电机相比具有很大不同,应用常规电机的磁路计算方法难以适用.介绍了盘式永磁同步发电机磁路的特点,推导了盘式永磁同步发电机的基本电磁关系,获得了等效磁路图.分别运用提出的磁路计算方法和Maxwell 3D软件提供的有限元法对一台DPG-5/7型样机电磁场进行了计算,并对2种方法的计算结果进行了比较.结果表明,2种计算结果一致,验证了推导的电磁计算公式是基本正确和可行的.The disk shape permanent magnet synchronous generator is different from the ordinary motor due to axis-flux, so the conventional calculation method of the magnet circuit cannot be applied in this kind of machine. Based on the characteristic of the machine's magnetic circuit, the basic electromagnetism equations were introduced, and the equivalent magnetic circuit diagram was presented for the machine. And then, comparative calculations for a prototype DPG- 5/7 were carried out both with the proposed calculating method and with the finite-element analysis method applying Maxwell 3D. According to the consistent results, the electromagnetic calculation expressions presented in this paper have proved to be correct and feasible.
