摘  要:虚拟物流中心组建过程中的一个关键环节就是选择适当的合作伙伴,它直接关系到虚拟物流中心的市场响应速度、运行绩效和成败.针对虚拟物流中心合作伙伴评价的特殊性,设计了相应的评价指标体系.将不确定语言评价与多属性群体决策方法相结合,提出了虚拟物流中心伙伴选择的不确定语言多属性群体决策模型.该模型分别采用不确定拓展加权算术平均(UEWAA)算子、不确定拓展有序加权平均(UEOWA)算子对各属性的不确定语言评估信息和各专家的综合评估信息进行集结,得到各候选伙伴的群体综合评估信息,并利用可能度公式构造可能度矩阵(互补判断矩阵),继而利用互补判断矩阵排序公式对候选伙伴进行排序和择优.最后用一个算例阐释其应用过程.It is a crucial step to select proper partners in the founding process of a virtual logistics center, which can directly determine its responsive velocity to the market, performance and success or failure. Considering the specific characteristics of the appraisement of virtual logistics center partners, the index system of appraising partners was constructed. A model of virtual logistics center partner selection based on uncertain language multi-attribute group decision-making method was proposed, which combined uncertain language evaluation and multi-attribute group decision-making method. In this model, the group overall evaluation of each alternative partner could be obtained by using Uncertain Expansion Weighting Arithmetic Average (UEWAA) operator and Uncertain Expansion Order Weighting Average (UEOWA) operator to aggregate successively the appraisal information of every attribute and the comprehensive appraisal information of every expert, and the formula of possibility degree is used to construct a possibility degree matrix (or called complementary judgment matrix ) , and then, the priority formula of complementary judgment matrix was used to rank the alternatives and to select the most desirable one(s). Finally, a calculation was given to exemplify its applications.
