摘　　要：阐述了智能建筑集成管理系统三个层次的含义。在此基础上介绍了西安协同公司的智能建筑系统集成平台软件SynchroBMS的基本组成。详细分析了Syn-chroBMS的系统特征,给出了主要性能指标及其系统功能特点。最后提出了Syn-chroBMS网络应用模型。该软件应用到智能建筑中将会取得良好的效果。Based on expounding the three meanings of intelligent building integration management platform, the basic configuration of the SynchroBMS made by Synchrotime Software Co. , Ltd. was introduced. The characteristics of SynehroBMS system were analyzed, the main performance index and the function characteristics were given. Finally, the network application model of SynchroBMS was set forth. Once the system was adopted in the intelligent building,the better result would he received.
