摘  要:以凹土负载硫酸钛为催化剂,合成了丁酸正丁酯,考察了影响反应的条件。实验结果表明:当Ti(SO4)2负载量为7.5%,催化剂的制备温度为150℃,醇酸摩尔比为1.4,催化剂用量为1.0g,反应温度130℃,反应时间60min时,丁酸的酯化率达98.85%。该催化剂活性组分用量少,催化活性高,易分离,不腐蚀设备,无废酸排放,是一种环境友好催化剂。Titanium sulfate/attapulgite was applied as a catalyst to csterification of butyric acid with n-batanol. The reaction conditions were studied. The experimental result showed that wheh the titanium sulfate quantity, supported on attapulgitc was 7.5%, the preparation temperature of catalyst was 150℃, the moal ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.4, the catalyst quantity was 1.0g, the reaction temperature was 130℃, the reaction time was 60min. Under such conditions, the rate of esterification was 98.85%. The content of active constituent of the catalyst was a little, but the catalyst had high activity and no corrosion to the facilities. Reaction product was separated easily. The catalyst was an environment friendly catalyst.
