摘  要:以液体(低分子)聚1,2-丁二烯为原料,通过环氧化、胺化和质子化得到阳离子树脂,然后经乳化、加入助剂和色浆得到阴极电泳漆。在9~20V电压下成功实现电泳涂装,一次涂装千膜厚度达到20~30/μm;在较大的极板间距范围内,一次涂装厚度达到30μm以上。漆膜性能优异,附着力达到0级,硬度5~6H,耐盐雾性能达到800h以上。该电泳漆具有节能和环保的双重优点,具有广阔的应用前景。A cathodic electrophoretic coating was prepared with low molecular weight poly(1, 2-butadiene) (LOPB) as raw material through epoxidation, amination and protonation followed by emulsification and adding additives and color paste. Dry coating layers with thickness of 20-30 μm were obtained when the electrophoretic voltage was applied within 9-12 V; a dry coating layer with thickness of over 30 μm was obtained within a wide range of interpolar distance between the counter electrodes. The coating layer exhibits excellent properties with adhesion of 0 grades, hardness of 5-6 H and salt spray resistance above 800 h. The cathodic electrophoretic coatings can be widely used in industry for their energy- saving and environmental protection advantages.
