摘  要:灌装水瓶的形状复杂,有很多不规则图案和花纹,这就对模具设计提出了很大的挑战。本课题选用Pro/E作为软件开发平台,进行吹塑模具设计及制造研究,建立了瓶子的三维实体模型,并进行了模具设计,生成模具组件。对Pro/E造型技术进行了研究,在不规则的沟纹零件造型方面有所突破,研究发现"变截面扫描"最适用于立体的曲线扫描,提出了灌装瓶适用的分形面创建方法为"平整"法和"复制"法,可为外观复杂的灌装水瓶模具设计及制造提供指导。Filling bottles's shape is getting more and more complex and has very many irregular designs and pattern, presented the very big challenge to the mold design. The topics selected Pro/E as a software development platform for research, carries on the blow molding mold design and the manufacture research, to establish the bottle of the three dimensional graph, has carded on the mold design, production mold module. Has conducted the research to the Pro/E modelling technology, the Pro/E modeling technology application has a bigger enhancement, specially irregular groove modeling technology, the research discovered that "the variable section scanning" most is suitable for the three-dimensional curve scanning, proposed bottling applicable method to the creation of parting surface, namely "fiat" and "copy" method., This method may provide the instruction for mold design and the manufacture.
