昆明市郊区与农村2006年早死所致生命损失年分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析昆明市郊区和农村人群的早死疾病负担情况。[方法]以早死所致生命损失年(Years of life lost,YLL)作为疾病负担的测量指标,采用3%的贴现率但不采用年龄权重按死因和地区计算标化每千人口YLL率。[结果]郊区与农村的疾病负担均以慢性非传染性疾病为主。农村的每千人口YLL率、传染性和围产期相关疾病和伤害的早死疾病负担均高于郊区。在两地早死疾病负担顺位中,中风、慢性阻塞性肺病、缺血性心脏病、肝癌、肺癌和道路交通伤害均排在前10位。[结论]应加强对昆明市郊区和农村地区慢性非传染性疾病的预防和控制工作;重视农村地区伤害问题,减少伤害的发生。[Objective]To analyze the situation of the years of life lost with premature death in suburban and rural areas of Kunming.[Methods]Years of life lost（YLL）were used as a measurement of burden for diseases,and Standardized YLL rate per 1 000 for causes of death and areas was calculated by using 3% discount rate,while did not use age-weighting to calculated.[Results]Chronic non-communicable diseases contributed the most YLL insuburban and rural areas. The YLL,the premature mortality burden of related infectious diseases and perinatal period diseases,and injuries in rural areas was significantly higher than suburban areas. Stroke,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,ischemic heart disease,liver cancer,lung cancer and road traffic accidents were the top 10 leading causes of death in theses areas.[Conclusion]Efforts should be taken to control and prevent the chronic non-communicable diseases in rural and suburban areas of Kunming;Injuries in rural areas should be emphasized to reduce their occurrence.
