某私营蓄电池厂铅危害调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解某私营蓄电池厂铅污染状况及对工人健康的影响。[方法]采用现场调查、临床体检以及实验室检查相结合的方法对该私营蓄电池厂作业工人铅危害进行横断面调查,项目包括车间空气中铅浓度、尿铅、尿δ-氨基-γ-酮戊酸(δ-ALA)、尿粪卟啉、血红蛋白,红细胞、碱粒红细胞、点彩红细胞计数等。[结果]生产环境空气中铅浓度除充电工组外皆超出国家职业卫生标准,86名工人中检出铅吸收11人,轻度铅中毒7人,中度铅中毒3人。[结论]该私营蓄电池厂铅污染严重,对工人健康已造成严重影响,卫生监督部门对较小规模的私营企业应加强监督管理。[Objective]To investigate pollution situation in a private battery factory and its impact on the health of workers.[Methods]By combination of field investigation,clinic health examination and laboratory examination,the risk of lead for the workers in battery factory were performed cross-sectional study,including the concentration of lead in the air of workshop,lead levels in urine,δ-ALA,coproporphyrin and Hb,RBC and basophile granules erythrocyte as well as stipple cell count.[Results]The concentration of lead in the air of workshop exceeded the national occupational hygienic standard. Out of 86 workers detected,11 workers were diagnosed as lead absorption status,7 cases were detected to be mild lead poisoning and 3 cases to be moderate lead poisoning.[Conclusion]The lead pollution in the private battery factory was serious,which have serious impact on the health of workers. Health supervision department should strengthen the supervise and manage for the small scale private-owned enterprise.
