摘  要:[目的]了解应激对成年大鼠血清铁浓度及肝脾组织铁含量的影响,为阐明应激与铁相关疾病之间关系提供实验依据。[方法]将SD大鼠分为:正常对照组、心理应激组、躯体应激组。给予正常饲料喂养,适应性饲养1周后开始应激实验,持续1周和2周;应激2周后脱离应激环境正常饲养1周。分别以原子吸收法检测血清铁浓度和肝、脾组织铁含量。[结果]大鼠应激1周和2周血清铁浓度与对照组比明显下降(P﹤0.05);大鼠脱离应激环境1周血清铁变化与空白对照组比差异无统计学意义;应激1周和2周成鼠的肝脏、脾脏组织铁含量与空白对照组比均明显升高(P﹤0.05),脱离应激环境1周大鼠肝脾铁含量与对照组比变化不明显。[结论]尽量避免应急或缓解应急有利于身体健康。[Objective]To investigate the effect of stress on concentration of iron in adult rats,liver and spleen,so as to provide experimental basis for illustrating the relationship of stress and iron related disease.[Methods]SD rats were randomly classified into three groups:control group,psychological stress group and physical stress group. These rats were feed with normal animal feeds for one weeks,then stress experiment were performed to these rats for one or two weeks;Feed these rats again for a week. The concentration of iron in serum,liver and spleen were detected by using atomic absorption method.[Results]When compared with control group,the concentration of iron in serum decreased significantly after stressing for one or two weeks(P﹤0.05). The concentration change of iron in serum after depart from the stress for one week showed no significant difference when compared with the blank control group;The concentration of iron in liver and spleen after stressing for one and two weeks showed significantly increased when compared with blank control group(P﹤0.05). When compared with control group,the concentration of iron in liver and spleen revealed no significant difference after departing from stress for one week.[Conclusion]To avoid stress as far as possible and relieve stress would be benefit to the health.
