农村育龄妇女生殖健康相关行为、社会支持与个性的关系

摘　　要：[目的]了解安徽农村已婚育龄妇女的生殖健康相关行为和社会支持状况,并探讨其与个性之间的关系。[方法]运用IPIP-NEO简约版修改形成的成人个性量表及自行设计的结构化生殖健康相关行为和社会支持问卷,通过方便整群抽样的方法抽取安徽3县3个乡镇的1398名已婚育龄妇女,由经过培训的调查员对其进行入户面访。共收集有效问卷1221份。使用SPSS统计软件分析数据,主要运用其中的描述性及线性相关统计方法分析研究变量及其相互关系。[结果]生殖健康相关行为得分与谨慎性和开放性维度得分呈正相关;获得社会支持得分与外向性、协作性、谨慎性和开放性维度得分呈正相关,与神经质呈负相关。[结论]个性对育龄妇女生殖健康相关行为和社会支持有重要影响,这为今后的干预工作提供了有益的线索,值得进一步研究和运用。[Objective]To study the situation of reproductive health-related behavior and social supports among married child-bearing age women in rural areas of Anhui,and to explore their relationships with personality.[Methods]The measuring scales for adult personality revised by concise IPIP-NEO and self-designed structured questionnaires on health-related behaviors and social supports were used to investigate,a total of 1 398 married women from three counties in Anhui were collected by using cluster sampling,and each woman was investigated by trained interviewers. A total of 1 221 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS was performed to calculate the data,and description and linear correlation statistical method were used to analyze the variances and mutual relationship.[Results]The scores of respondents’ reproductive health-related behaviors showed positive correlation with the dimension of caution and openness. The scores of social supports were positive correlation with dimension of extraversion,agreeableness,conscientiousness,and openness to experience;while revealed negatively correlation with neuroticism.[Conclusion]Personality has significant affect on the reproductive health-related behaviors and social supports of married child-bearing age women,which could provide beneficial clues for the future work,and be helpful for future research and application.
