摘　　要：通过对备件早期故障规律的分析,从理论上推导出了备件早期可靠性分布规律,在此基础上建立了基于备件早期可靠性信息的备件需求量统计模型.应用该模型所获得的备件使用可靠性评估结果,求出了满足一定保障度的备件需求量.通过算例,验证了该方法的可行性.Analyzing the principle of parts＇ prior failure, the paper offers the reliability distribution principle of parts. Based on the above analysis, it gives a spare demand model. Utilizing the result of the reliability estimates of the model, the accurate spare demand can be found under a certain spare availability. The paper gives an example to show the method＇s validity.
