涂层仿皮革织物的服装加工性能的研究

摘　　要：以仿皮革织物为研究对象,通过选取与其同类型的普通厚重型面料进行克重、厚度、悬垂性、缩水率、刚度、弹性回复角、断裂强度及拉伸率等性能测试的研究,对涂层仿皮革织物的相关性能作了系统研究、分析.结果表明:与普通厚重型面料相比,涂层仿皮革织物的厚度较小,抗皱性能优良,洗涤性能稳定,强度较好,适宜与普通厚重型面料镶拼缝合.Coated artificial leather fabrics was selected as subject to study its properties including weight per unite area, thickness, draping ability, washing shrinkage rate, rigidity, angle of stretch recovery, tearing intensity and tensile stretch. And the above properties of coated artificial leather fabrics were compared with that of other general heavy weight fabrics. The process ability of coated artificial leather fabrics was also discussed. Results showed that the coated artificial leather fabrics had excellent performance in crease resistance, washing resistance and tensile strength, and fitted to assembling with general fabrics.
