摘　　要：通过介绍欧盟《通用产品安全指令》及非食品类快速预警系统RAPEX,分析了中国服装在欧盟屡屡受到RAPEX通报的原因以及由此产生的影响,希望藉此引起中国服装出口企业对RAPEX预警系统的重视.目前欧盟RAPEX预警系统已成为中国服装对欧盟出口的又一限制措施.With the brief introduction of EU＇s General Product Safety and RAPEX （Rapid Alert System for non-food Consumer Products）, this paper analyzed the reason why Chinese garments were frequently claimed by RAPEX as unsafe products, which had made great impact on Chinese garments export. The paper extended to remind Chinese garment export enterprises of the importance of RAPEX, which had become a new measure of garments export to EU market for Chinese compaines.
