摘 要:损耗分析对电路的优化设计起着至关重要的作用。对同步整流降压(BUCK)变换器中的各个元器件做了损耗分析和计算。给出了各元器件的损耗原因和计算方法,并以ADP1828芯片控制的BUCK电路对计算方法进行了效率验证。实际测得的效率曲线与计算得出的效率曲线结果较为接近。To have power loss analysis is very important for designing and optimizing the circuits. Analysis and calculation of power loss for every element and apparatus of synchronous rectification BUCK converter were made. And the power loss causes and calculation method for each element and apparatus were given. And calculation method was verified by BUCK circuit controlled by ADP1828 chip for the efficiency. The efficiency curve measured actually is quite near with the one calculated.
