智生胶囊Ⅰ号方对老年痴呆模型大鼠MAO、β-AP及GSH-Px活性影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究智生胶囊I号方(ZSJN)对老年痴呆模型大鼠智力、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、β-淀粉样蛋白(β-AP)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的影响,探讨其防治老年痴呆的作用及机理。方法:应用腹腔注射D-半乳糖制成老年痴呆大鼠,应用Morris水迷宫法判断大鼠的学习记忆能力,采用生化及其放免法测定其脑内MAO活性、β-AP及GSH-Px含量。结果:与正常组大鼠相比,模型组学习记忆能力明显降低。应用"智生胶囊I号方"预防和治疗后,模型鼠学习记忆能力得到保护和改善,脑组织MAO活性降低、β-AP含量减少、GSH-Px酶升高。结论:智生胶囊I号方能明显增强模型大鼠学习记忆能力,通过降低单胺氧化酶活性,降低β-AP,升高GSH-Px酶活性来实现对老年痴呆模型鼠预防和治疗作用。Objective: To study on the effect of Zhi Sheng Capsules I on the intelligence,MAO,β-AP and GSH-Px of senile dementia model rats and probe its function and mechanism to prevent and cure senile dementia patients.Methods: Senile dementia model rats was made by the injection of D-galactose and Morris water maze method was used to judge the learning memory ability of the rats,and a bio-chemistry and its radio-immunity method was used to determine the activity of MAO and the content of β-AP and GSH-Px.Results: In the comparison with normal rats,the ability of learning memory model group was obviously lower,but after the prevention and cure of Zhi Sheng Capsules I,the ability of the learning memory model group got protected and improved.The activity of MAO of brain tissue reduced,the content of β-AP decreased while GSH-Px increased.Conclusion: Zhi Sheng Capsules I can obviously improve the ability of the learning memory model rats,reduce the activity of MAO and the content of β-AP and raise the activity of GSH-Px,thus preventing and curing the senile dementia model rats.
