摘　　要：正义是人类社会具有永恒意义的基本价值追求和基本行为准则,也是新闻媒介和新闻报道时所追求的终极目标。目前我国新闻报道中正义实现的困境主要是对正义的滥用、冲击和干涉。新闻报道中正义实现的路径主要是:匡扶正义、宣扬正义和贬斥不义。Justice is an eternal and basic value pursuit and conducting principle of human society. It＇ s also the ultimate goal of the press and the news reports. The morass of justice realization of current news reports in our country are the abuses, concussions and interferences of justice. The realizing approaches of justice in news reports are striving for justice, propagandizing justice and denouncing injustice.
