摘  要:降低自放电率是HEV用MH-Ni电池实用化过程中亟待解决的关键问题之一。采用丙烯酸接枝处理的PP隔膜、选择负极合金及表面处理、正极复合添加析氧抑制剂等措施,2/3A型MH-Ni电池的自放电率可由55.5%降为26.1%,用此工艺研制的HEV用7Ah的D型电池在55℃下存放7天的自放电率为35.3%,比功率达1121W/kg,模拟工况下的循环寿命达12.5万次。这些指标均超过了国家标准规定的要求。Reduction of the self-discharge rate of the Ni-MH battery for HEVs is one of the key problems to be solved. Acrylic acid grafted polypropylene was used as separator. Compositions of negative electrode alloy were modified and surface treatment of the alloy was carried out. Inhibitors for oxygen evolution were added into the positive electrode. These measures could effectively reduce the self-discharge rate of 2/3A type Ni-MH battery from 55.5% to 26.1%. With these techniques 7Ah D type Ni-MH batteries were manufactured. Their self-discharge rate reached 35.3% after storage at 55℃ for 7 days, their specific power was 1121W/kg, and they had a life of 125 thousand cycles under a simulation work condition. These targets were over the requirement of the national standard.
