摘　　要：应用datacolor SF600分光光度计及datamatch3.5测色配色软件,采用条件等色的计算机配色方式,以CIE标准施照态D65和CIE标准观察者为基础,探讨了用于长毛绒产品的PTT纤维数字化测配色工艺路线与技术方法,分析了在可见光范围内PTT纤维染色过程中反射率R%、K/S值的变化规律.以R、Y、B色料三原素为基础建立了用于PTT纤维配色数据库,得到能在CIE标准施照态D65和CIE标准观察者2个条件下染得与产品标样相同色泽的染色处方,其方法可对纤维类产品的染色测色配色提供借鉴.Based on the application of datacolor SF600 spectrophotometer color measurement and data-match3.5 color matching software, using terms such as computer color matching, CIE standard to state facilities as D65 and CIE standard observer for the foundation,this paper discusses the plush products for the PTT fiber digital measurement line with the matching process technology, analyes the visible range PTT fiber dyeing process of reflection R/%, K/S values and the changes in RYB pigment-based Sanyuan built for PTT fibers matching database as standard CIE D65 state CIE standard observer and the two conditions with a product samples with the same color Dyeing prescription, its method of fiber products dyeing color matching can be used as a reference.
