摘 要:针对国内计算机辅助制造(Computer Aided Manufacturing,CAM)研究和应用中行切刀具路径跳刀频繁的问题,提出1种机械零件复杂型腔加工的行切刀具路径生成算法.该算法应用并扩展计算机图形学中边表和活性边表的概念,建立描述刀具路径节点坐标信息和左右关系的节点表,将围成加工区域的轮廓分解为单调链并建立单调链表,通过单调链表建立刀具路径节点的前后关系,最后按照一定链接原则链接所有节点从而生成刀具路径.实例表明该方法快速稳定可靠,能减少跳刀次数.To solve the problem of frequent retraction of direction parallel tool path in the study and application of Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) in China, an algorithm on generating direction parallel tool path in complex cavity machining of mechanical parts is introduced. The algorithm uses and extends the basic concepts of edge table and active edge table in Computer Graphics, and create node tables that describe the coordinates of nodes and right-left relationships between the nodes. The contours that form the machining areas are broken into monotone lists and the monotone list tables are created. The order relationships between the nodes are created by using monotone list tables. At the end, all these nodes are linked to generate tool paths according to a certain linking rules. The example shows that the method is fast, stable and reliable, and reduced the frequency of tool retraction.
