摘　　要：民主化是当今世界政治发展的基本趋势,民主政治是人类政治发展的价值目标,建设社会主义民主政治也是我国政治体制改革的重要目标。Democratization is the fundamental trend of the world political development nowadays. Democracy is the valuable target of people＇ s political development, establishing socialistic democracy is also the important target of China＇ s political organizational revolu- tion. Why should establish democracy in China？ How to establish democracy in China？ There are no common standards. So, if we will establish democracy in China, we should pay more attention on culture, and choose the best way of establishing democracy according to China＇ s current situations and developing characters.
