摘　　要：甘肃农村地区女教师人数较少,具有年纪轻、教龄短、学历较低的特征,她们承受着家庭与工作的双重压力,培训进修的机会少,教学研究状况令人担忧,而且较少参与学校管理决策。增加农村女教师的数量,给她们更多的关怀和帮助,对促进农村教育健康发展有着重要意义。There are fewer female teachers in the countryside area of Gansu Province. They have the feathers such as young, less experienced, and less educated. They shoulder the heavy pressure from both family and work. They have little opportunities of training and further study. Their conditions of teaching and research are terrible, and they seldom have chance to make a strategic decision on school management. It is meaningful for improving the sound development of education in the countryside to increase the number of country female teachers and give them much care and help.
