摘  要:"亚健康状态"是一种介于疾病与健康之间的中间状态,无器质性病变却有各种不适感,其中以心理症状为主的为心理性亚健康状态,它是介于心理健康与精神疾病之间的中间状态,给人们的工作和生活带来很大的影响,如不引起重视可能诱发躯体疾病和精神疾病。文章以中医藏象学说中五脏与情志活动的关系为理论基础,探讨中医健身方法"八段锦"对心理亚健康的调节作用。八段锦功法能强健五脏,通过改善五脏功能,起到调整人体不良情绪,调节心理亚健康状态的作用,以期为心理亚健康提供新的干预方法。Sub-health is a state between disease and health that there are no organic pathological changes but various discomfort. Mental sub-health with mental symptoms that affect people's health is a state between mental health and psychosis. It will lead to develop physical or psychological disorders if people don't pay attention to regulate the state. The article researches the effect of practicing Eight-Length Brocade Exercise that is one of the traditional sports based on the theory of emotion controlled by five zang viscera. It is concluded that the effect of practicing Eight-Length Brocade Exercise is to regulate mental activities and the state of mental sub-health by nourishing and conserving five zang viscera. This research provides new intervene to mental subhealth.
