中西医联合用药预防盖诺致静脉炎的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察中西医联合用药预防盖诺致静脉炎的疗效。方法按住院号单双数随机将210例患者分组,住院号单数为实验组(128例),住院号双数为对照组(82例),两组患者化疗前后均采用地塞米松、西米替丁预防静脉炎,实验组在对照组的基础上,将牛黄解毒片8～10片加入75%酒精20～40 ml中,浸泡捣碎反复调匀后得牛黄酒精液,在盖诺注入前,立即在穿刺处血管近端周围至血管远端10～20 cm范围内,沿静脉走向,用无菌棉签浸取牛黄酒精液局部涂抹于输注部位皮肤上,再用无菌纱布覆盖,随时滴入酒精,保持纱布一直湿润,湿敷持续时间不少于2 h。结果实验组静脉炎发生率为45.3%,对照组静脉炎发生率为80.4%,两组患者静脉炎发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.005)。实验组静脉炎的发生率较对照组低。结论中西医联合用药可明显降低盖诺所致静脉炎的发生率。Objective To observe the curative effect of medication Combined with western and traditional Chinese medicines on vinorelbine-induced phlebitis. Methods 210 patients were at random divided into two groups： 128 with odd number as experimental group and 82 with even as control. Before chemotherapy, all the patients were given dexamethasone and cimetidine for prophylactical treatment of phlebitis. Besides, those from the experimental group were managed in the following way： The solution mixed with 8-10 tablets of bezoar and 20-40 ml 75% ethyl alcohol was applied on the skin around the punctured spot and even 10-20 cm along the vein and covered with asepsis gauze, which was kept wet with alcohol for at least 2 hours. Results The incidence rates of phletitis in the experimental group and the control were 45.3% and 80.4%, respectively. The differences between them was statistically different （P〈0.005）. Conclusion Medication combined with western and traditional Chinese medicines may reduce the incidence rate of vinorelbine-induced phlebitis in greater degree.
