摘　　要：目的研究C-反应蛋-白717 A>G多态性与河北唐山地区人群2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法应用PCR-RFLP方法对127名T2DM患者和155名健康对照者(NC)行CRP-717 A>G基因型检测,并测身高、体重、血脂、FPG、HbA1c和hs-CRP。结果两组间GA+GG基因型及G等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AA基因型个体甘油三脂水平显著高于GA+GG型个体(P=0.014),但这种关系只限于T2DM患者。结论CRP-717 A>G基因多态性与该人群T2DM无相关性。该基因型与T2DM患者甘油三脂水平有关,可能影响糖尿病患者的脂代谢过程。Objective To investigate the association of-717 A〉 G polymorphism in C-reactive protein （CRP） gene with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） in Tangshan population.Methods CRP -717 A 〉 G polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment-length polymorphism in 127 type 2 diabetic subjects and 155 health subjects. Meanwhile, we examined the association of the polymorphism with clinical and laboratory characteristics. Results There was no significant difference in the frequency of CRP genotype and allele between T2DM and NC groups. The levels of triglyeride （TG） was significantly higher in AA genotype than that in GA ＋ GG genotype individuals, but this association was only limited in type 2 diabetic subjects. Conclusion The CRP -717 A 〉 G polymorphism is not associated with T2DM. The genetic variant influences the levels of TG in type 2 diabetic subjects.
